I imagine I am no different than other women business owners in that I want a business where I can provide for my family, be able to have the time to watch my children grow and feel like I am making a contribution to the world. To be successful, it takes careful planning and a steady stream of cash flow. Most women who go into business (and most men for that matter) are often so focused on perfecting their craft and growing their business that being able to effectively manage their cash is often an afterthought. Unfortunately, that can also be the downfall of most businesses or at least of ever being able to achieve their dreams of financial freedom and time. The proven system and tools I teach are ones I use in my own business and ones I teach my clients to use. It has helped turn businesses around and create stability and peace of mind.
You will leave the program with tools to break down their numbers, understand how to construct an operating budget that produces consistent profits and have a clearer understanding of what profits actually are and how they are used to fund your life and business
